Domaine Ostertag does nothing by a formula. The family there is dedicated to the land and what comes from it. This has been the vision since the first bottling in 1966. The Pinot Gris has a nice roundness and medium weight with notes of peaches, apricots and yellow apples. No oak allows this to be vibrant and refreshing.
