It is made by freeze drying fresh Thai organic pineapple and then grinding it into a powder. Freeze drying helps to retain its valuable nutrients. This is a soil association certified organic product with nothing else added.

Pineapple is high in vitamin C and a source of other important vitamins and minerals, including; thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, manganese, potassium and beta-carotene.
