Burrata cheese, which originated in Andria, Puglia (Southern Italy) in the 1900s, was first created by Lorenzo Bianchini of the Piana Padura farm in 1956. Following this, local cheese factories began producing burrata as a way to utilise leftover mozzarella. this delicat cheese is a cherished in Italy known for its unique and delicious qualities. This cheese is made by forming mozzarella into a pouch and filling it with cream and ribbons of mozzarella ,called stracciatella , creating a soft and creamy texture that is loved by many.
