Diane de Poytiers mini calissons (15 pieces, 90g) are a traditional French confection from Provence. Each calisson features a delicate diamond shape with softened edges, made with a base of wafer-thin host and topped with a smooth layer of royal icing. At the heart of this elegant sweet is a soft, flavourful paste of ground almonds and candied fruits like melon and orange, offering a rich, fragrant profile with subtle citrus and floral notes.
